The program “School Company” is an original program of “Junior Achievement Worldwide” which enables students to get practical experience in the realm of entrepreneurship by participating in creating and managing their own business. The participation of students in School company program allows for setting goals before themselves and company, getting necessary information of daily operation of small commercial organization, acquiring needed skills of management and testing one’s abilities in making administrative decisions. In this program business consultants are involved to make the program more effective and interesting for participants. The role of business consultants here is consulting school companies on all issues. They play a major role in developing participant’s skills in management and organization structures, policies and firm operation. Team-work enables to discuss great number of problems with consultant and help in mastering basic principles of economics and entrepreneurship.

“To open a company is easy; to keep it open is an art”. This program opens new doors of business for schoolchildren. In this program schoolchildren learn the art of keeping a company open. They master ways of organizing enterprises, managing capital, planning revenue and marketing strategy of a company. In cooperation with business partners in the process of teaching, they have opportunity to apply actual experiences of businessmen in managing their companies. They can meet with current legislation of entrepreneurship and learn about finding starting capital to own business.
